If you received an item that is defective, please let us know, and we will happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same product. Please contact us via our contact form if you have any issues with your order(s).
We currently create every product at the time it is ordered, therefor we cannot process size exchanges, nor do we carry any inventory. Please be sure to check our sizing chart before ordering or send us an email with questions you may have. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
An order can be modified or cancelled within the first 24 hours after placing your order. Once creation processing of your order begins, you will no longer be able to request a refund.
